## Description

Green hills, a village close by and the waters of Kannaviou Reservoir just a short drive away set the tone for this field in Kannaviou - Melamiou. It is a landscape-led setting in the Paphos countryside, far from dense urban development, where everyday life follows the slower rhythm of the village.

The land lies within a residential zone, so its general use is a home in the countryside. Its sloping, irregular shape follows the natural contours of the hillside. The village centre, with its restaurants, cafés and shops, is a short drive away, and so are parks and green spaces. Schools are a drive away, as is the Cyprus Mouflon Enclosure, one of the area's best-loved heritage sites. Main roads and the Limassol - Paphos Motorway lie in the wider region, connecting this relaxed rural setting with the coast and the towns beyond.

This sale is for a share of the field.

For anyone drawn to the authentic side of Cyprus, Kannaviou offers something genuine: open countryside, a close-knit village community and the reservoir nearby, all within easy reach of Paphos.
