## Description

This field in Kritou Tera sits in an open countryside setting, a short drive from the village centre and from neighbouring Tera and Kato Akourdaleia. Petrol stations are close by, main roads are a drive away, and the Limassol–Paphos Motorway lies in the wider region.

The land covers 20,068 m² of sloping ground with an irregular shape, in a landscape away from dense development and within reach of Evretou Dam. It does not have direct road access. This sale is for a half share of the field. It is a sizeable piece of the Cypriot countryside within the Kritou Tera community.
