Few suburbs can match Latsia's access to nature. The Athalassa National Forest Park borders the area, offering pine woodland, a lake, walking trails and cycling routes. It's the perfect place for a morning run, a weekend family picnic or an evening stroll with the dog.

Newer Neighbourhoods, Better Planning
Many of Latsia's newer residential areas, such as Agios Georgios, were planned more recently than older parts of Nicosia.
