It is situated at a distance approximately 2,7 km southwest of community’s center and approximately 1,6 km southeast of Monagroulli – Asgata connecting road.It has an irregular shape with an inclined surface. The parcel is consider landlocked, however it is abuts onto a public registered pathway along its northeastern boundary.It is noted that the field is located approximately 340 meters south from the nearest registered road.The field abuts onto a government land and is divided into two parts due to the fact that there is a stream passing through this.It falls within the AgriculturalZone Γ3(86%), having building density coefficient 10% and within the ProtectedZone Z3 (14%) having building density coefficient 1%.
