A sloping field of 19,399 m² in open countryside outside Dora, in the Limassol district, with the village centre a short drive away. The neighbouring villages of Gerovasa and Kidasi are also close by, and the Limassol–Paphos Motorway is within a drive for travel across the region.
The land has an irregular shape and a natural slope, set in a landscape away from dense development. A few simple old structures stand on the field and are in poor condition. This sale is for a half share of the field. It is a sizeable stretch of open countryside on the edge of Dora.
