It is situated at a distance approximately 2,6 km southwest of the community’s center and approximately 1,000 meters south of the main road that connects Vouni – Koilani.It has an irregular shape with an uneven land surface, and it is enclosed. The property abuts onto its northwestern boundary with Kryos river.The property falls within the Agricultural Zone (Γ3) at 63% that has a building density of 10% and onto Protected Zone Z3, for the rest of 37%, with a building density of 1%.
