Set on higher ground around the hill village of Palaichori Morfou, this 1673 m² field is a piece of the Cypriot countryside in the Nicosia district. It lies in a landscape-led setting, away from dense urban development.
The village centre is a short drive away, as are the neighbouring villages of Askas and Palaichori Oreinis. A petrol station is also within a short drive, and the main roads are a drive away. This is an uncomplicated rural purchase: a field of manageable size in open hill country.
