A field of 4014 m² on sloping ground in the countryside of Palaichori Morfou, set in an open rural landscape well away from dense development. The land has an irregular shape, is fully enclosed and borders a public pathway.
The village centre is a short drive away, as are the neighbouring villages of Palaichori Oreinis and Askas. A petrol station is within driving distance, and a main road serves the wider region. This is an enclosed, sloping piece of the Cypriot countryside in the hills of the Nicosia district.
