The property under study lies within the administrative boundaries of Aradippou Municipality, the District of Larnaca. Aradippou Municipality is located to the south of the town of Larnaca and effectively is an extension of the city’s urban area. The property is located approximately 1.8 kilometres south of the Rizoelia round-about, which connects two highways with the city of Larnaca, approximately 390 meters west of Eleftherias Avenue that connects the city of Larnaca with Rizoelia round-about and forms part of the local Industrial area.

The industrial area of Aradippou, due to its proximity to the Port, Air-port and very good accessibility to the highways a large number of companies are located in the area, while Aradippou hosts three of the largest industrial areas of Cyprus.
