For Sale, Land, Field, Larnaca, Xylofagou, 7,435m²

For sale: a field in Xylofagou, set in open countryside outside the village and away from dense development. The whole field extends to 7435 m², with gently sloping ground and an irregular outline that follows the lie of the land. It is accessible by a local road and lies a short distance from a main road linking Xylofagou with the surrounding villages. The part on offer is the open, empty section of the field. This sale is for a half share of the land. It is a straightforward piece of the Larnaca countryside, open ground in a landscape-led setting.
