A field on the market in Dora, Cyprus, made up of two adjoining parcels offered together as a single unit of 9,700 m². The land has an irregular shape and a sloping surface. It lies in an open countryside setting, a short drive from the village centre and the neighbouring villages of Kidasi and Gerovasa.
The land has direct access from a dirt road, and the Limassol–Paphos Motorway is within driving distance. The rural surroundings of Dora give it a landscape-led character, away from dense urban development. Together, the two fields form a sizeable piece of the Cypriot countryside.
