The land has an irregular outline and a sloping surface, set in open countryside away from dense development, and an existing road leads to it. The Kathikas village centre is a short drive away, as are the neighbouring villages of Theletra and Pano Arodes, with main roads further on and the Limassol - Paphos Motorway in the wider region. Together, the two fields form a generous piece of the Paphos countryside.
